Human Resources Manager

Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance HR operations at our client's organization in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can lead all aspects of HR management, from employee relations to payroll administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to leadership, ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Act as the primary HR advisor and partner to company leadership, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and systems align with organizational objectives. u2022 Lead recruitment efforts, including managing relationships with universities and other external partners. u2022 Handle employee relations and compliance matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and accommodations. u2022 Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records, including I-9 documentation and E-Verify processes. u2022 Oversee Workersu2019 Compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work procedures. u2022 Manage onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and employment eligibility verification. u2022 Administer timekeeping and HR systems, such as Paylocity, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with wage and hour regulations. u2022 Coordinate employee benefits programs, liaise with vendors, and manage benefits-related invoicing and payments. u2022 Support performance management initiatives, including employee reviews, coaching, and improvement plans. u2022 Collaborate with Operations to promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with required safety training. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. u2022 Proven ability to work independently in an autonomous HR role with hands-on responsibilities. u2022 Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and timekeeping platforms such as Paylocity. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards. u2022 Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters. u2022 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
