System Architecture Engineer

Summary: The System Architecture Engineer will independently lead system development and implementation for Metau2019s $8B+ global Design, Construction, and Engineering organization, working closely with business leaders to understand the needs and to develop the strategy and deliverables for tooling and data solutions.This position is responsible for supporting the 5-7 year product lifecycle across a variety of systems primarily from system design solution through implementation leveraging an understanding of business drivers, systems expertise, and program management to improve efficiency and deliver business solutions. Required Skills: System Architecture Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Independently maintains and develops business solutions through the use of internal and commercial applications (Unifier, P6, OIC, OPC, Gateway, and Fusion) 2. Work with business leaders and stakeholders in developing strategy and implementation of business solutions 3. Map business processes to user specifications, use cases, user stories, and application walkthroughs - providing technical input and feasibility guidance throughout early analysis in collaboration with program managers 4. Develops solutions architecture, functional descriptions and system solutions based on business requirements and process maps - including UI workflow and system architecture - reflecting the business logic 5. Key contributor to updates, modifications, testing, and delivery of functional solutions within new or existing systems , including integrations within application, across applications, and between functional and data modules, in partnership with business users, data engineers, enterprise engineers, and program managers 6. Contributes to functional roadmaps and goals by evaluating new and existing systems 7. Provide functional expertise to architect systems and processes to enable robust backend data architecture, data integrity, and data analytics 8. Creates low-code automated procedures to scale and operationalize business processes 9. Follows functional stakeholder engagement models and processes that evolve to meet business needs over time 10. Provides reporting and communication to stakeholders on system solutions and implementation 11. Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle (Unifier, P6, OPC) environments, including user roles, permissions, and system settings 22. In partnership with the relevant teams, oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation and security 23. Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflow 24. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures 25. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Oracle applications (Unifier, P6, OPC) and related PMIS tools 26. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and future releases 27. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and rollout of new product features and system improvements 28. Track and report on product KPIs, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction 29. Advocate for best practices in product lifecycle management, including release planning and change management 30. Oversee user onboarding, training, and support for Oracle Unifier and associated applications 31. Design and implement user access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data privacy requirements 32. Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to empower end-users 33. Serve as the primary point of contact for user issues, escalations, and enhancement requests 34. Monitor user activity and system usage to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased adoption Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 35. BA/BS or equivalent in information systems, engineering, construction management, or relevant work experience 36. 7+ years of overall technical experience working with Technical Program Managers, System Integrators/System Analysts, or similar roles delivering large-scale system and software development programs and projects from conception through implementation 37. 3+ years in architecting and implementing design/construction systems using Oracle Unifier and related integration tools/APIs (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) 38. Experience leading full-cycle, end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementation projects, both functionally and technically 39. Experience with Oracle Unifier, including planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, UDR development, and BI publisher design 40. Experience in Oracle SQL and Oracle RDBMS stored procedures 41. Experience with various communication strategies, presentations, and analytical skills 42. Experience with various project and program management methodologies 43. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across a global organization 44. Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment 45. Experience in system administration of Oracle (Unifier, P6, OPC) or similar enterprise applications, including user management, security, and configuration 46. Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise software solutions 47. Proven track record in user management, including onboarding, training, and support for large user bases Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 48. Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar 49. Experience with design/construction systems using business applications (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk ACC, Google AppSheets, etc.) 50. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, BI Publisher) across a global organization 51. Experience in Data Center Construction , Network Topology, or Infrastructure industries 52. Proficiency in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma Certification 53. Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence or Data Engineering professionals 54. Experience with integration engineering 55. Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise software platforms 56. Experience designing and implementing user access controls and security policies in a regulated environment 57. Advanced knowledge of change management, release management, and user adoption strategies 58.
