St. Lukeu2019s Boise Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join our dynamic Mother Baby Unit in a full-time or part-time position This position provides lactation support to both inpatient postpartum families and outpatient followu2011up visits, offering a unique opportunity to support families across the full continuum of infant feeding care. What You Can Expect: The Lactation Consultant provides professional leadership and advanced knowledge in the practice of lactation management. Lactation Consultants are responsible for educating new mothers and their families about the breast feeding process. Our Mother Baby Unit is a fastu2011paced environment where teamwork, communication, and strong clinical skills are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy setting, adapts quickly, and provides exceptional, evidenceu2011based lactation support to families with diverse needs.
