Volt is immediately hiring for a Healthcare Revenue Integrity Analyst (Remote).The Sr. Healthcare Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis related to reimbursement, ensuring the accuracy of net patient revenue valuations, and supporting month-end financial close processes. This role assists in preparing and analyzing Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party cost reports while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst also provides guidance to reimbursement analysts, conducts complex reimbursement research, and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency. Additionally, they serve as a resource for external consultants and regional facilities, assisting with reimbursement-related inquiries and compliance matters.As an Integrity Analyst you will be:u00a0 u00a0 Performs various financial reporting and related analyses for assigned area(s) of Reimbursement.u00a0 Prepares and assists in the completion and analysis of month-end net patient revenue valuation for assigned system hospitals.u00a0 Serves as a resource for reimbursement analyst in the completion of month-end contractual and charity reserves and bad debt allowances.u00a0 Prepares, supports and assures accurate preparation of work papers and supporting documentation for interim and annual Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party cost reports for assigned system hospitals.u00a0 Performs required analyses on completed cost reports according to standardized policies and procedures.u00a0 Reviews reimbursement analyst prepared work papers for completeness and sufficient, auditable documentation.u00a0 Researches, documents and prepares position memos on complex prospective payment and cost-based reimbursement issues.u00a0 Assists in the maintenance of standardized policies and procedures for Reimbursement.u00a0 Recommends opportunities for improvements in processes related to month-end close, cost reporting and reimbursement operational reports/dashboards.u00a0This is a full time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:u00a0 u00a0 Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or economicsu00a0 Certified Revenue Integrity Professional (CRIP) (preferred)u00a0 2-4 years of related experience to include experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit or tax and previous experience in healthcare reimbursement analysis.u00a0 Experience with Medicare Administrative Contractor and/or hospital reimbursement preferred.u00a0 Meditech experience.u00a0 Working knowledge of reimbursement principles, prospective payment and cost-based reimbursement experience preferred.u00a0 Possess an understanding of revenue cycle processes and how they impact reimbursement preferred.u00a0Pay Rate: $35-45/houru00a0u00a0Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
