This position is responsible for purchasing, handling vendor communications, managing documents and tracking work order shortages. Ideal candidate is highly organized, possess strong Excel skills, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Perform general administrative support tasks for the purchasing department such as reserving stock in work orders, producing requisition list, obtain pricing and issue purchase municate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and supplies.Allocate and update work order information to open purchase orders in system,Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
