legal practice experience highly desirable Proven leadership in legal publishing or editorial operations, with strong knowledge of North American and Canadian legal systems Demonstrated ability to manage multi-region teams and complex editorial workflows AI Fluency: Advanced understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, and agentic content platforms; proven experience embedding AI into editorial processes Strong track record in people management and talent development Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks across North America and Canada Strategic thinker able to translate vision into long-term plans and measurable outcomes Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial functions Excellence in communication, change leadership, and cross-regional collaboration High adaptability in a fast-moving, matrixed environment and commitment to diversity and inclusion Ability to inspire and motivate teams around a shared vision and a passion for delighting our customers Working Conditions Full-time position;
