Caulker/Opportunity for Higher Prevailing WagesIndianapolis, IN and#149; On-site$19 - $30/hrRole and Responsibilities- Gather supplies and equipment for caulking projects- Clean, scrape, sand and prepare surfaces for caulking- Apply sealants and adhesives to seal against water, air, dust and other elements, helping to ensure the safety and security of commercial facilities- Makes minor repairs and patches cracks- Monitor caulking projects to ensure they meet quality standards- Maintain professional and regular communication with customers- Attend job training activitiesRequirements- Experience in caulking, drywall, and insulation knowledge a plus- Experience in drywall installation, construction, carpentry, plumbing and welding- Must provide own tools- Experience in customer service and working with the public- Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently- Professional appearance- Knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel and Email)- Travel Required - 10 days gone, 4 days pany DescriptionLSS is one of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in America.
