Project Manager-Long-Haul

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking multiple experienced Project Managers to lead multi-phase, long-haul infrastructure initiatives supporting a major hyperscale cloud provider. This role is ideal for a highly organized, execution driven leader with a strong background in large-scale construction, network, or utility infrastructure projects. You will manage end to end delivery of complex builds that directly support hyperscale capacity expansion across regions.You will work on high impact projects involving long-distance trenching, fiber deployment, power infrastructure, and data center connectivity-coordinating cross functional teams, vendors, regulatory agencies, and global stakeholders. This is a fast paced, high visibility role supporting mission critical infrastructure growth.Join Ledcor Technical Services and take the lead on transformative telecom infrastructure projects- apply todayEssential Responsibilities:Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telcom construction sitesLead long-haul project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple regional and international sitesManage engineering design reviews, budget forecasting, scheduling, and risk mitigationOversee construction partners, installation contractors, and engineering vendors to ensure quality, safety, and ontime deliveryCoordinate with hyperscaler program teams, permitting authorities, utilities, and rightofway partners to maintain project momentumTrack project milestones, provide clear reporting and dashboards to leadership, and drive alignment across all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with environmental, permitting, regulatory, and safety standardsIdentify scaling opportunities, process improvements, and best practices for repeatable long-haul deploymentServe as the primary point of contact for project changes, scope adjustments, and highpriority escalationsQualifications:Four to six years of telecom or utility construction project management experienceStrong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersExperience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plusWorking Conditions:This position operates in a hybrid capacity and includes up to 40% travel to Ledcor offices, project sites and client meeting locationsAdditional InformationLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
