Plasma Spray Operator

Qualifications Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments Read and interpret engineering drawings Responsibilities Prepare parts for plasma spray (mask, grit blast, anti-bond of plasma spray) Set up thermal spray parameters according to PMS and/or SOP Perform thermal spray operations Maintain thermal spray records pertinent to that department Complete OJT program, or successfully complete related Vo-tech training (e.g. precision tools, process controls) Perform TPM and minor maintenance on equipment Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner Read basic graphic instructions and dimensional drawings Use precision measuring tools, i.e. micrometers and calipers Perform other duties as required to support company objectives Participate in all appropriate CORE (ACE) activities
