Our mission is to dig deeper into the nuance inherent in social media to provide strategic insights and counsel to business leaders The Ideal Candidate We are searching for a professional and strategic Client Services Manager with an innate talent for relationship building, to help our business prioritize & nurture existing customer partnerships and support the acquisition of new clients for Storyful Intelligence. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders within the business to ensure that our clients receive the highest standards of service and will be the key point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with client stakeholders, updating client details, developing customer service policies, and recommending different product options to clients. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization''s growth through positive client-to-business engagement. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. The Client Services Manager should provide timely solutions to clients'' problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies. Client Services Manager Responsibilities: Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff Act as the first point of contact between the business and our clients, and manage all meeting and comms requirements Responsible for securing current client spend and upselling client for growth Identify, measure, track, resolve and report on specific client requests and issues Monitor and measure client satisfaction and other performance KPI''s Liaise with different departments about client queries Offer advice to clients on services and products Develop surveys and capture client information Schedule, plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews along with Executive Sponsor and Senior Intel Leads Participate in marketing campaigns Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency Client Services Manager Requirements: Business degree or related qualification. Strong communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Computer literacy. Calm, polite, and professional behavior. Reliable and self-motivated. Experience working in a marketing, communications or insight agency environment High service orientation.
