The Coordinator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. Training is providedAssist Production Manager with office dutiesMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationDaily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus but not requiredExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSuccessful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and SERVPRO proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningHours 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredNormal working hours are between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. M-F but hours could vary depending on workloadPay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.Health Insurance Reimbursement providedDental & Vision Insurance providedSERVPRO of Jonesboro is an EOE M/F/D/V employerEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated
