You must be able to physically be in the selected area or surrounding areas as needed for this position. You will also need dependable transportation.In this role, you will be given leads generated through our marketing strategies, assist customer's in all their roofing needs and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.This is a W2 Position! Weekly Base Pay! Monthly Commissions and the opportunity to be a part of something BIG!ResponsibilitiesDevelop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customersTravel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territoryAttend scheduled Company Meetings via Zoom and In-Person (travel may be required for in-person)Meet or exceed designated sales targetsCreate and implement an effective sales strategyDocument all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) programUse best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close salesAbility to adhere to Company Policies and ProceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, Some College PreferredPrevious experience in Sales and Account Management PreferredExcellent negotiation and customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive attitude and ability to be persistentSelf Motivating, Honest and HardworkingPrevious experience with a CRM preferredKnowledge of software applications and ability to navigate apps on your cellular device/tabletReliable Transportation
