BenefitsMedical and Dental InsurancePTOCompetitive Pay401(k) Retirement Savings PlanLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceHotel Room DiscountsOngoing Training and Career DevelopmentDishwasher Responsibilities:Monitor machinery for the appropriate soap levels and water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cyclesMaintain levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchenMaintain levels of dish detergents and cleaning suppliesInspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments. Load, run and unload dishwashing machinesReceive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.Dispose of boxes, glass, kitchen waste, etc. in proper receptaclesClean food preparation and production areas as requiredAid and assist chefs in daily preparation of items, goods, and inventory as requestedQualifications for the Dishwasher:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Works well in a team environmentAbility to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as neededFlexibility to work any shift including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 60 lbsAbout Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we areand what we do best.
