Our success starts with our award-winning team, but we need more help! Our outstanding service team is the pillar of our organization and we're looking for our next agency family member to join us... Our ideal CSR will preferably have Allstate-experience, but we are willing to discuss the opportunity with any candidate with an insurance background. Training will be in our Derby, CT office 5-days a week to start but this will transition to a Hybrid position, eventually splitting your work week in both at-home and in-office.
