The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining network devices and infrastructure, including Cat6e cabling, network cabinets, and various network devices. Familiarity with IP cameras, specifically Verkada, is essential.Key Responsibilities:Install Cat6e cabling for all cameras and network devices, with approximately 35 cables/devices per site.Replace and install various devices, including:PrintersThin ClientsIP PhonesServersSwitchesCredit Card readersMonitors, Mouse, and KeyboardsInstall network cabinets and racks, including wall-mounted installations when necessary.Ensure proper setup and configuration of IP cameras, specifically Verkada models.Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment to ensure optimal performance. Experience with IP Cameras- Installing Verkada cameras- Wachter will be having a 2 day session to get technicians certified for Verkada but they need to have experience with IP cameras2. Cat6e Cabling experience- Proven experience on installing, troubleshooting, terminating and punching down Cat6 cable3. Network Device Installation- Proven experience on replacing printers, thin clients, IP phones, IP cameras, Switches, Credit Card readers, etc.- Installing network cabinets/racks Additional Information///Will be night work 7 pm - 7 am Sunday Night - Thursday Night (Daily perdiem will be provided for traveling) Workplace TypeOn-siteExternal Communities Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Network Installation Technician to join our team.
