Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Install weatherization materials as directed by the Weatherization Crew Chief. Responsible for inspection data collection. Complete all heating appliance inspections.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that all materials are installed in compliance with the NEO State PlanEnsure a minimum average of 5 completed units per month (excluding housing authorities)Secure and maintain all OSHA-required tools and equipmentWork with clients by explaining to them the different Housing programsUses proper Lead Safe Work Practices when applicableAdhere to all CNCAP-related policies and proceduresPromote the program and agency in a positive and professional mannerQUALIFICATIONSA high school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license1-3 years of experience working in construction (Tools and truck provided)SKILLS & ABILITIESProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsKnowledge of power toolsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work with othersSCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pmREPORTS TO: Housing DirectorJOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekPAY: $18.00 - $19.00/hour (depending on qualifications)BENEFITS:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insuranceGenerous leave accrual (PTO)11 paid holidaysPaid birthday offEmployer-matched retirement (up to 3%)Opportunities for professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-ExemptDisclaimerThis position description is not intended, and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
