Be part of a close-knit, community-focused environment where connection, growth, and support are central to everything we do.Compensation:$16 - $18 hourlyResponsibilities:Take care of light housekeeping tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, bed making, laundry, etc. Support patients to help them complete personal hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, toileting, shaving, dressing, etc.Ensure quality companionship and provide psychological and emotional support for patients and family membersExecute basic medical tasks such as replacing bandages and dressings, taking vital signs, measuring glucose and ketone levels, and ensuring the proper use of medical devicesAdminister Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistakeResident Response: Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive careLight Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living spaceService Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standardsAssistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individuals Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasksQualifications:A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required - some college is an assetCompassionate, kind, and empathetic personality is essential, with superb organization and communications skillsSome skills expected-Ability to lift 35 lbsAssist with resident ADLs as directed by Client service planAdministration of medication as directed by an RNAnswer client call lightsHousekeeping in residents' rooms as scheduledCharting of all services performedAttributes:Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, and ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstaclesResourcefulness: Finds effective solutions even with limited resources and independently seeks knowledgePassion for Purpose (Big Why): Possesses a strong, genuine dedication to serving and caring for vulnerable adultsCommitment to Growth: Actively pursues self-improvement and team betterment each day.Humility: Embraces a solutions-focused attitude, welcoming feedback and putting egos aside for the best outcomeReliability: Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver dependable supportGratitude: Maintains a positive outlook, seeking and appreciating the good in all situationsAbout CompanyWe believe in living with a purpose outside of ourselves.
