The 15,000 sq/ft. clubhouse includes a full bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy our very own locally sourced beef and several other amazing entrees.Compensation $14/hour plus tips. One meal provided per shift. Unlimited golf privileges (with supervisor permission).Status Full time. Seasonal (Early May - Mid October)Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Fast Casual Crew Member to join the Jacks Shack team. Our small, saloon-style quick service restaurant, on the Nicklaus course, serves as a convenient and welcoming spot for golfers to grab lunch during their rounds. At Jacks Shack, we offer a combination of grab-and-go items and made-to-order hot food, all served in a relaxed yet high-quality environment. As a private golf club, we are committed to providing excellent hospitality to all guests who visit our food outlets. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food preparation, and enjoy providing exceptional service. Youll work both front of house as a cashier and in the kitchen preparing food, ensuring that each guest receives an unforgettable dining experience. Whether youre greeting golfers with a friendly smile or grilling a fresh burger, youll be a key part of our team. Please note, you must be 21+ as you will be serving alcoholic beverages as well as food.Qualifications: Searching for a reliable, responsible, team player who can work under pressure and is knowledgeable on food safety, food prep, money handling, and great customer service skills.High school preferred.Ability to self-motivate and manage.One year food service cooking and cashier experience preferred.Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.Physical Stamina to work on your feet throughout your shift.
