Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCNC Turning Machinist - Pay Rate Starting at $34/hr.This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Turning Machinist for our manufacturing client to start at $34/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machinist for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating turning machines, including Swiss and multi-spindle turning machines, to produce high precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong understanding of machine processes. Set-up and operate CNC Turning and Swiss machinesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.Program CNC machines using G-Code and other software as required, including editing and proving out new programs.Monitor machining processes, making adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Inspect finished parts using calibrated measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance to prints and tolerancesRecord conformance data results on inspection paperwork as required.Participate in process improvement projects on enhance efficiency and quality.Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize machining processes.Location: Peotone, ILSchedule/Shift Details:1st shift Qualifications:5 years experience with Swiss machining or multi-spindle turning and program editingProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprintsStrong understanding of CNC programming (G-Code and M-code) and program editing.Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining problems effectively.Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionLTD/STDPTOWhy choose Integrity Trade Services?At ITS, we offer our employees a competitive salary paid weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.Interested?
