Join us and take your career to new heights!N.B: The selection will start beginning summer 2025What will you do?Ensures production continuity through the correct maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards and procedures.Carries out the electrical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning, driers, leak test, cameras, palletizers, etc.) Carries out regular inspections on machines, equipment, and facilities, checking relevant parameters and meter readings; detects and replaces worn-out parts, timely submits requests for necessary spare parts or suppliers technical support to the Technical ManagerPerforms preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the maintenance planPerforms emergency repairs in case of breakdowns, halts, or failures and ensures machines and equipment functionality is fully restoredSupports during inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities by external suppliers Keeps records of maintenance activities to track the lifespan of equipment and spare partsOrganizes and manages the workshop, repairs and fabricates mechanical and other parts using workshop tools and equipmentSupports the Technical Manager in improvement projects and decisions on machines, equipment, molds, and processesWhat are we looking for?Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and/or electronic systemsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)Good applied knowledge of WCM standardsBasic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practicesAbility to operate manual and electric forkliftsMinimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance department in a manufacturing companyWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.Dynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projects.Career growth opportunities in an industry leading company.Internal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionAdditional Perks & Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSounds like a fit?
