Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Conway, Arkansas. The role involves being the first point of contact for our clients, managing electronic and paper filing systems, and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming visitors and clients, offering exceptional customer service Handle inbound calls and manage a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary Take charge of both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easy to locate Conduct scanning of documents and maintain an organized system for electronic files Assist in other areas of the operation as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-oriented approach. Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner Experience in handling multi-line phone systems efficiently Familiarity with e-filing systems and their management Ability to maintain and organize paper filing systems Skilled in scanning and digitizing various types of documents Expertise in scanning documents accurately and swiftly Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service
