Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description: Come work for our award-winning horticultural team. We are looking for a Head Landscape Gardener who can take charge and lead one or two gardening crews that will make properties and gardens beautiful. Position is full-time. Head Gardener would work under the direction of our Landscape Architect and other Designer's designs. Candidates must have working knowledge of the horticulture industry. (3-4 years of experience). Ideally-be able to understand and read Salary / rate of pay is based on level of experience and knowledge of the industry. Responsibilities and Duties: Tasks may also include planting, pruning, weeding, grubbing, edging, mulching, spreading topsoil, watering, raking, and various other activities associated with gardening and the landscape industry. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in bending and standing positions for extended periods, work in adverse weather conditions. Planting, trimming and maintaining annual flowers.Experience:Horticulture: 2 years (Preferred)Gardening: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
