This role leads hourly associates to meet strategic objectives in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.Anticipated Pay/Benefits:Salary: $80K-$90KBenefits: Insurance, 401K, PTOSchedule: M-F, standard hours, onsitePittsburgh/Parsons, KS areaResponsibilities:Direct and coordinate production activities to meet company KPIs.Lead hourly associates in a continuous improvement environment.Plan production schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage resources (manpower, equipment).Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize operations.Analyze reports to identify and resolve production/quality issues.Qualifications:Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of production management experience.Ability to read blueprints, prints, and specifications.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Comfortable in a noisy, non-air-conditioned, fast-paced environment.
