Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTHE OPPORTUNITY: Physical TherapistTHE LOCATIONS: Fort Walton Beach and Crestview, FloridaReady for a change? We have an excellent, full time position available for a Physical Therapist to join a practice that provides PT services at Assisted Living Facilities in Fort Walton Beach and Crestview, Florida. In this role, you will work at either FWB or Crestview each day, but you'll see patients at more than 1 facility in FWB and these facilities are located 2-10 minutes apart. Typically, you'll work at 1-2 ALFs per day in Fort Walton Beach. There are 3 facilities in Crestview that are located within 10 minutes of each other.This is a Monday through Friday position, no nights, no weekends and no holidays. The schedule is 8am-5pm, but it's somewhat flexible if you'd like to start or finish earlier or later. An excellent compensation and benefits package will be provided. You will see one patient an hour and provide 1 on 1 treatments in a relaxed and flexible environment.
