If you enjoy helping others, this is the job for you!Rewarding position that requires no previous experience.Sign-on Bonus of $2,000.Employee referral program of $150The most important requirement is providing reliable support to our members.We provide all the training and tools needed.This job is located in Hampton or Iowa FallsSome tasks include grocery and other shopping, meal preparation, light housework, home and various community activities.The (DSP) direct support professional has the overall responsibility of assisting and supporting members in their homes and community. This includes providing direct training to members and assisting them in meeting their needs on a day-to-day basis per their (IPP) individual program plan. Assures members formal goals and informal programs are carried out in harmony with their IPP.
