(NCI), a Maine nonprofit health services organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Residential Care Administrator for NCIs 30 bed Pinewood Terrace PNMI Level IV Residential Care home located in Farmington, Maine. This newly constructed facility is located near the Farmington fairgrounds and offers a welcoming environment with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace and outdoor garden. This Resident Care Administrator position requires a flexible work schedule, a passion for providing the highest quality of resident care, and a commitment to developing a leadership team and staff.Residential Care Administrator Responsibilities:Ensure high-quality care and compliance with safety and licensing regulationsLead department managers and staffOversee daily operations of the facilityMonitor healthcare services and resident documentationGuide activities of all service departmentsImplement accountability systems for all departmentsManage financial performance, including census developmentPromote Pinewood Terrace and build positive client and stakeholder relationshipsAssess resident referrals and guide admissionsResidential Care Administrator Benefits:Health Insurance (three plan options), including Health Savings Account with company contributionDental and Vision insurance403(b) Retirement Plan with 5% company matchSubstantial paid time off plus 14 paid holidaysWellness program including fitness reimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramGroup Life InsuranceShort-term and Long-term disability insurance benefitsOn Demand pay optionBirthday bonusSalary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annuallyRequirements:Resident Care Administrator Requirements include:Valid Maine State PNMI Level IV Residential Care Administrator License or Multi-Level License is preferredMinimum of three years of leadership experience in a long-term care setting is preferredCandidates who have completed a Department approved administrators-in-training program or have experience as a Resident Care Director may be consideredBachelor's degree is preferred
