Your responsibilities will include: Leading & assigning tasks to team members, ensuring quality work. Training and mentoring new and existing staff, including temporary employees. Collaborating with Foremen & Supervisors to maintain smooth operations. Conducting safety inspections and troubleshooting project challenges.To thrive in this role, you'll need: Technical Expertise Deep understanding of welding, fabrication, and different tools. Blueprint & Design Skills Ability to interpret technical plans, drawings, and blueprints. Mathematical Knowledge Strong grasp of measurements and calculations related to welding.
