We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us continue our mission of exceeding customer expectations.Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing phone/web orders, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and solutions.- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed.- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions.- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and solutions-focused mindset.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency (experience with CRM/ERP software is a plus)What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for career growth within the company.- A supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
