This hands-on position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other specialized machinery used in industrial operations.As a key technical expert, the Machine Tool Technician applies in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify issues, perform complex repairs, and optimize equipment functionality. This role may work independently or as part of a team, and will also assist in developing preventative maintenance programs, improving machine uptime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.In addition to technical responsibilities, the Machine Tool Technician will provide guidance to junior technicians and collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment meets operational standards and production goals.
