Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStitching Machine Operators Needed in Ada, OK!Looking to make a real difference? Adecco is partnering with MSA Globe, a global leader in safety equipment, to find passionate Stitching Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts. Help craft the gear that protects workers every day - fire suits that save lives!As a Stitching Machine Operator, youll use industrial machines (single needle, double needle, and programmable) to stitch, seal, label, inspect, and package protective gear. Youll be a key player in ensuring top-notch quality in every stitch.What Youll Do:Operate sewing machines for over 100 different tasks to complete fire suit shells and liners.Perform additional duties like snapping, seam sealing, labeling, and final inspection.Own the quality of your work - it matters!What Were Looking For:Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Basic computer or tablet skills.Ability to use a ruler and understand measurements.Comfort with sitting, standing, and walking for a full shift.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Availability to work Saturdays when needed (based on business demand).The Shift Breakdown:1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 am-3:00 pm, plus occasional Saturday overtime.2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15 pm-11:45 pm, with potential Saturday overtime.Pay: $16.50/hr., plus a $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd shift.Preferred Experience:Previous experience in Sewing, Manufacturing, Machine Operation, Assembly, or Quality Control is a plus.High School Diploma or GED preferred.Apply today!Pay Details: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
