Position Overview: As a Commercial Service Technician with Sweat Tire, you will play a crucial role providing professional and efficient tire assistance to commercial vehicles. This includes responding to service calls promptly, performing tire changes, repairs, and replacements, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you'll maintain records, communicate with customers, and represent our company professionally. Key Responsibilities: Install, rotate, and repair tires for commercial vehicles Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation Determine repairable tire conditions and perform necessary repairs Strong technical skills and knowledge of tire patterns and materials Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical position Mount and dismount tires on various wheel types, including drop center and multi-piece rims Operate hydraulic jacks, tire changers, and balancing machines Respond to emergency roadside service calls Perform minor vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed Benefits: We Offer Weekly Payroll Retirement Services of 401(k) or Roth Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options Employer Paid Life Insurance Plan up to $50,000 Employee, Dependent and Supplemental Insurance Accrual of Paid Time Off in first year and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Employment Eligibility: A formal Application for Employment and Background Screening Authorization is required.
