We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our maintenance team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining properties in excellent condition.Key Responsibilities:Perform basic property care tasks, including light repairs, painting touch-ups, and routine maintenance.Conduct property checks to identify and address any issues.Replace lightbulbs, air filters, and other small fixtures as needed.Assist with furniture assembly, small installations, and seasonal tasks like clearing walkways or checking outdoor equipment.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or guests.Communicate effectively with the management team about completed tasks and additional property needs.Qualifications:No prior experience required; training will be provided.Basic knowledge of tools and willingness to learn maintenance techniques.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.Dependable with a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or evenings.Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Perks of the Job:Opportunity to grow within the company.Supportive team environment.Hands-on training and skill development.Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while building your skills in property care!
