Multifamily Superintendent

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities to ensure that multifamily construction projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction operationsLead weekly subcontractor meetings and facilitate team communicationEnsure projects comply with architectural plans, specifications, and building codesDevelop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely project completionCollaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth executionConduct routine site inspections, address challenges, and mitigate risksResolve jobsite conflicts and provide on-site leadership to field personnelWork closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to adjust project plansMaintain accurate and detailed documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change ordersMonitor budgets and cost control measures to keep projects within financial parametersEnforce safety and quality standards, conducting daily site safety walksHost weekly tailgate safety meetings and uphold jobsite safety complianceRequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily residential constructionIn-depth knowledge of construction techniques, scheduling, and jobsite operationsProficient with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and WordAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documentationExcellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesBudgeting and cost tracking experienceExperience with estimating software is a plusBenefits401(k) plan with employer matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance coveragePaid time off and holidaysCareer development opportunities
