Collaborate with the Director of Finance to prioritize and delegate staff assignments effectively. Provide data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making and financial planning. Assist in managing hospital data and performing detailed financial analyses as needed. Utilize accounting software systems to optimize financial operations and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within financial operations. Proven experience in financial analysis and general ledger management. Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial data. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
