Start as a pizza topper and get a feel for our pace, expectations, and products before moving into a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Grill Cook position at Red Lodge Pizza Co.Essential Job Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned:Sets up stocking stations with all necessary supplies and ingredientsPrepares high-quality pizzas, wraps and calzones according to the companys proven recipesMemorizes and utilizes our serving portion sizesPrepares pizza dough, sauces, and various toppingsEnsures that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.Keep your pizza line clean and organized at all timesWorks with our team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when neededCommunicates with co-workers clearly, marking off-menu items as they are put into the ovenMonitors product freshness and rotates out old products based on a scheduleAbility to operate an industrial dishwasher safely and rapidlyMonitor pizza oven temperatureEnsuring all utensils are sterilized before each use. Follows sanitation and safety policies at all timesPerforms daily duties such as opening, closing, and side workBasic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediatelySkills and QualificationsA team player who can contribute a positive and fun attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFollows directions wellTrainablePhysical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
