Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA Laborer should possess a fundamental understanding of construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools.Duties and Responsibilities:Hand dig and back fill trenchesAssist in pushing and pulling conduit and cableTrained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and sawsDrive pick-up and one-ton vehicles to and from job siteCarry and load materials to be used on the jobFollow all company safety policies and practicesWash and clean vehicles and equipmentLight repair and maintenance of tools and equipmentSafety training as required by positionPaperwork filing and maintenance as neededOther duties as assigned Essential Education and Qualifications:Good verbal communication skillsValid Drivers LicenseValid DOT Health Card Preferred Skills:Class A Drivers License (CDL)Physical Demands:Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the jobMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsMP offers:Competitive wageMP covers cost to obtain CDL and provides hourly increase once receivedFull benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, DisabilityEmployee Stock Purchasing401(k) Plan with employer matchPay Scale:$20-$35/hr
