Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20-$35Inside Sales RepresentativeRoleAn Inside Sales Representative communicates the benefits of our products to drive sales and is a crucial point of contact between our business and potential as well as existing clients. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including identifying prospective customers, providing education on our offerings, and supporting current clients with information, pricing, and assistance related to our products and services.ResponsibilitiesServe customers by effectively selling products and addressing their needs. Demonstrate deep product knowledge, answering all questions from potential and existing clients. Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by strategically planning daily work schedules that include outreach to existing and prospective customers. Tailor sales presentations based on the specific interests of diverse sales outlets and target markets. Concentrate sales efforts by analyzing current and potential sales volumes. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective identification tactics. Submit orders accurately by referencing price lists, product literature, and customer requirements. Keep management informed by providing regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses. Monitor industry competition by collecting current market data regarding pricing, products, and other sales strategies. Propose product, service, and policy changes by evaluating sales results and industry developments. Resolve customer complaints by analyzing issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making informed recommendations to management. Highlight product features to clearly communicate how they address customer needs and challenges. Negotiate prices and terms while preparing sales agreements to ensure a beneficial outcome for both parties. Collaborate across various sectors and departments to enhance the sales process and customer experience. Maintain detailed contact lists and follow up with customers to preserve and grow relationships. Stay professionally knowledgeable by attending workshops, reading industry publications, building personal networks, and engaging in relevant professional communities. Provide valuable historical records by maintaining accurate documentation of area and customer sales. Contribute positively to team goals by achieving related results as needed. Continuously seek to improve sales processes for greater efficiency and performance.ExpectationsThe expectation for this role is to develop and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing customers. The Inside Sales Representative will negotiate pricing and sales terms, prepare sales contracts, and ensure timely order processing.
