Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCome Be Part of a Mission that Matters!The Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that departmental activities align with quality goals and objectives. This role involves establishing a site quality management system, coordinating prompt corrective actions for quality events, maintaining effective workflows for customer complaints, and assisting in internal audits, coordinating, and approving change control plans, establishing and maintaining a controlled document system. The QC Manager will lead troubleshooting teams, monitor, and report on corrective action effectiveness, and collaborate closely with Operations Leadership to identify and mitigate quality risks. Additionally, the position supports compliance with ISO and CLIA standards and drives global quality alignment. The position would oversee both Randolph WI and the Pleasantville, IA locations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Coordinates activities of departments for which responsibility is delegated to attain quality related goals and objectivesFocuses on helping operational personnel in completing immediate corrections to quality events in timeline mannerCreates and maintains workflows, templates, and response teams for quick resolution of customer complaintsConducts Assists in conducting Internal AuditsBe proactive in monitoring, trending and reporting of corrective action effectiveness with focus on repeated issuesAssists with technical investigations related to customer complaints.Leads the troubleshooting teams to ensure a resolution or path forward is established in a timely manner.Provides suggestions on process improvements to resolve CAPAs and based on trending(This role would be the highest-ranking Quality role at the site) Works with Quality Supervisor and Operations managers to supports a quality management system and global quality procedures including development, documentation and executionInteracts routinely with all levels of management and co-workers in an effective and respectful mannerWorks closely with Operations Leadership in a proactive manner in identifying and mitigating quality risksDrives global quality alignment especially as it relates to corrective action and training implementation from a quality perspectiveTrends success/fail rates and error patterns to identify quality issuesTravel 25% of the time between both locaitons.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from related field, or equivalent industry experience.
