Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPay Rate: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 gross per weekNumber of Positions: 1Start Date: 05/05/2025Travel: The client covers lodging.Assignment Length: 13 weeksSchedule: 8am-5pm M-FAdditional Details:Prefferebly looking for someone with more then long-term care experience(inpatient is preferred)Assists in and makes recommendations for departmental policies, procedures, and standards of care as required.Presents in-service education for other hospital personnel and outside groups as requested.Keeps abreast of developments in the Physical Therapy field.Evaluates and treats referrals as appropriate in accordance with Physical Therapy licensure and based upon the age of the client served.Documents evaluation weekly or daily progress and records discharge summaries for patients being followed by the Physical Therapy Department.Assists in preparation and maintenance of department records as well as special reports.REQUIREMENTSMinimum degree of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or college.Inpatient preferredCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSMust have verification card of current instruction in CPR.LICENSURE REQUIREMENTValid and unencumbered licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Michigan.ABOUT THE FACILITYAt this facility, we partner with our patients to educate, coordinate, treat, and manage the health of the communities of Baraga County.
