Our Inventory Managers work onsite at our customers' manufacturing facilities and ensure that our tool & MRO industrial vending machines are always stocked with the products our customers need. This is an entry level role, so this is a great opportunity to learn the tool & MRO business and establish relationships with your assigned customers. Placement will occur ASAP.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver, receive, and stock our customers' products in our tool & MRO industrial vending machinesProactively monitor customers' open orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfactionMonitor utilization data to establish order plans that are aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventoryEffectively coordinate with Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, issues, and feedback on operation status.Prepare, complete, and distribute system generated reports as requiredPerform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each machine at each customerMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAssist with other projects & duties when the business needs requireTHE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:Some college coursework completed; training from a trade school2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicleValid driver's license with clean driving recordProficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and TeamsSelf-directed and possesses a high level of productivity, personal organization, and attention to detailCustomer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused companyStrong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbsMust be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and liftThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
