Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd Shift Operation at our automotive manufacturing facility in Monroeville, Indiana. Our facility specializes in producing Front Windshield Wiper Systems, Rear Windshield Wiper Systems, Reversing Wiper Systems, and Windshield Washer Systems. The Maintenance Technician will work on Automated Assembly machines, Robots, PLC systems, and HMIs. The maintenance team collaborates closely with the engineering team to ensure proper training and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Execute electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective maintenance operations.Train and mentor junior technicians.Essential Skills5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.PLC troubleshooting experience.Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.Electrical troubleshooting and repair expertise.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsRobotics experience.SolidWorks experience.Why Work Here?Our facility offers an onsite medical clinic available two days a week, free for employees' spouses and kids.
