We are an award-winning design/build landscape company based in Pawleys Island, SC, seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Designer to join our team and help us create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.What You'll Do:Conduct site assessments and analyze existing conditionsDevelop conceptual and final landscape designs (hardscape & softscape)Produce detailed plans, sketches, 3D renderings, and construction documentsSelect appropriate plants, materials, and finishes suitable to the Lowcountry environmentAssist with conceptual designs, grading plans, cost estimates, and construction documentsCoordinate with project managers, estimators, and installation crews to ensure designs are built correctlyCommunicate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials and plant selectionProvide on-site design solutions when neededPrepare proposals and cost estimates in collaboration with the sales teamWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture preferred; equivalent professional experience in landscape design will be consideredAbility to use and learn design softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail with ability to meet budgets and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and email communicationMinimum 1 year of experience in landscape design (or strong internship experience)Willingness to learn and grow professionallyWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per yearWeekly payPaid time off & major holidays offFlexible schedule optionsEmployee discounts on materials & plantsProfessional development assistance & tuition reimbursementHealth insurance stipend to help cover the cost of your individual policyBonus opportunitiesPositive, family-like team cultureAll tools, equipment & design software provided - we invest in qualityA career here is more than just a paycheck - it's an opportunity to grow, create, and build a future.If you're passionate about landscape design and ready to join a supportive, professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
