Job DescriptionJob Description2nd & 3rd Shift MIG WeldersPay/Shift/Additional Information:5 total openings across different shifts:1 on 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm),2 on 2nd shift (3pm to 1am, 4/10hr days),2 on 3rd shift (9pm to 7am, 4/10hr days).Employees typically work 40-45 hours a week. Overtime is voluntary.Pay: $19.00/hr. to $21.00/hr.Pay Premium: 6% premium on 2nd shift and 8% on 3rd shift.We offer weekly pay and United Health Care benefits which kick in 60 days after becoming a direct employee.You will receive boots on your first day and an annual $200 boot allowance.We also provide 40 hours of PTO after 90 days, and 80 hours after one year.Our clean work environment and provision of uniforms (with a cost to employees) contribute to a comfortable workplace.Job DescriptionWe are seeking five experienced welders to perform MIG welding tasks in a job shop facility. The role involves welding components to shafts, setting up and adjusting welding machines, working with both mild and stainless steel, and reading blueprints to build components.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
