Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWere a highly-regarded property in our area looking for a motivated, organized housekeeper to join our team. Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. If cleaning is a task that sparks joy for you and you love working with a team, we want to hear from you!Compensation:$11.00 - $13.00 hourlyResponsibilities:Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs neededKeep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with suppliesReply to general questions guests have during their stayClean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotels standards prior to guest arrivalVacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as neededQualifications:Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skillsGraduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar positionGood understanding of cleaning techniques and productsAbout CompanyQuality Inn New River Gorge and Elliott's Whitewater Bar and Grill are both locally owned and well-established businesses in Fayetteville, WV. We are busy year-round and need a full-time staff. Positions include cooks, servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, as well as motel guest service agents, housekeeping attendants, and maintenance personnel.
