Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco is partnering with a local client in Grantsburg WI to hire a Quality Technician for this Direct Hire opportunity! Shift-2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4-10'sPay $25-$30/hr.Direct hire! Responsibilities:Inspect parts and equipment using an open plate setup using granite plate measuring partsEnsure product meets established quality standards visually and dimensionally.Double check nonconformances properly using alternate measuring methods if necessaryRecord and analyze inspection results in order to decide whether to certify or reject specific productsEvaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standardsDraft reports and collate inspection dataExecute existing CMM Programs to include trouble shooting program to ensure the integrity of the measurements Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated and maintained properly and ensure safety during operation of equipment. Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Specific technical or vocational training preferred, but not required. Minimum of 5-8 years of inspection and production experience in a manufacturing environment required. 5+ years of quality assurance/control experience required with no formal education/training received.
