The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in production management within a food manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to manage a team effectively and ensure the smooth running of operations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of at least 10 employees in a food manufacturing plant.Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Utilize hand tools and general labor skills to support production processes.Develop leadership skills within the team to enhance overall performance.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.Essential SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.Experience in production within a food manufacturing environment.Proficiency with hand tools and general labor skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience supervising a team of at least 10 people.Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 am and flexible with additional hours, including some Saturdays.Why Work Here?Join our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. Our facility is a food manufacturing plant where safety and sanitation are paramount. The role involves hands-on work with hand tools and general labor tasks.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
