Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: General Laborer - Office/Plant Remodel ProjectJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team for a temporary office/plant remodel project. The primary duty will be painting, with additional responsibilities including general labor and cleanup tasks. This is a temporary position with the potential to apply for internal spots upon completion of the project.ResponsibilitiesPerform painting tasks as part of the office/plant remodel projectEngage in general labor tasks such as cleanup and maintenanceUtilize power tools and mechanical skills as neededWork collaboratively with team membersMaintain attention to detail in all tasksEssential SkillsExperience with residential paintingProficiency in using power toolsAbility to read and write in EnglishCapability to stand on feet for 8 hoursAble to lift up to 45 poundsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMechanical skillsExperience with tape measureFacilities maintenanceAbility to work well with othersWhy Work Here?This project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant remodel project. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a very large and loud manufacturing plant with big presses and welders. The plant can be very hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. Safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, and hearing protection will be provided. The dress code includes steel toe boots and jeans.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Montezuma, Iowa.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
