Our generous pay plan includes an hourly rate guarantee and a weekly performance bonus. Pay is determined based on direct work experience and certifications in the role. At Midas Bowling Green KY, we are a family owned and operated shop established in 1977. Our large aftermarket shop provides total car care with 16 service bays. This includes one thirty-foot truck rack and alignment machine for large trucks, box trucks and mid-size buses. We provide excellent customer service that includes offering eight loaner cars and updated equipment. Veterans are encouraged to apply. ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor, you will interface with the technician to accurately write, communicate, and sell appropriate services to our customers. This includes:Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendationsbuilding computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service benefits and specials.Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.Considered a parts expert.Complete assigned duties determined by the General Manager.QualificationsA minimum of 3-5 years in a Service Advisor position writing & selling automotive repairs while working in a professional shop.This candidate must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and maintain an impeccable work attendance. Understands automotive repair and willing to learn new things.Ability to take on other shop responsibilities.Ability to work 5 days including Saturdays.Valid drivers licenseGeneral computer knowledge and application needed.Text hiring manager @ 502-377-5808.
