Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description - Maintenance TechnicianAbout the hotel: Your Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation and repair of all building systems, to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable operation of the hotel according to all brand standards. Is required to perform preventative maintenance as needed.Essential Qualifications:We are looking for someone who:Performs preventative maintenance on all guest rooms using the approved check list. This will include, but is not limited to, replacing lamps, repairing wallpaper, caulking, tile grout, faucets, toilets, changing filters, furniture repair, painting, etc. Maintain Hilton logs and inspection sheetsPerforms simple preventative maintenance tasks, i.e. replace HVAC filters, etc. Replace ceiling light bulbs in the public and office areas of the hotelGives all emergencies and guest occupied rooms the highest priorityChecks work orders daily to follow up on anything that needed parts or anything that may be left from the previous dayPerforms repair work given on all service orders and ensures all work is completed in a timely mannerHandle minor repairs of wall vinyl, woodwork, etc. using basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skillsAide other engineers in completing repair and maintenance work on the building and equipment that requires more than one personJob Posted by ApplicantPro
