Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary The Admiral's Inn is a year-round hotel located in Ogunquit, ME.We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to our team to manage all aspects of the hotel guests experience.This is a full time position and will be a combination of mornings, afternoons and evenings. Weekends and holidays are included. ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of reservations.Perform all tasks associated with the reservation process; check-in, check-out, room assignments, handling keys, etc.Manage in person, online and phone reservationsInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card dataRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needsUpsell additional services and enhancements, when appropriateMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsOther duties and tasks may be assigned to you on a day to day basis.Qualifications The following is preferred but not requiredPrior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role, is preferred.
